At the final "use immediate gratification", do you have another examples besides "imagining my goals"? Because I don't think It strong enough gratification for me.

Knowing the weather either way
When I wake up tomorrow, I'm going to start building a good habit. Whether that is doing a 15 min workout in the mornings, reading 1 page of the Bible, or spending 5 minutes learning a new language.
I am just beginning my first semester of college. At the rate I'm going right now, I will fail. I am undisciplined and turn 4 hours of homework into 7 hours of homework. I realize that that will be the death of me.

Im reading "Atomic Habits " by James Clear at the moments and I could truly say that it has been one of the best books that I've come across, adding the fact that it was presented to me when I needed it the most, I cant wait to finish it and it has, undoubtably, changed many of my visions and transformed my state of mind, extremely thankful , for all those out there that might be feeling similar, it will be okay <3
