  1. Recently, as I have been trying to be more in Presence, I have come to realize how negative and fearful my life seems to have been as I responded with fearful, negative thinking mostly based on poor self-esteem. Now I am really into forgiveness of my self after having spent some time forgiving the outer interactions in my life as others seem to have appeared. It's almost exhausting work trying to uncover this negativity. I have been covering it up with cheerfulness, hoping for a better outcome. Just being with or in Presence, being totally present when I'm with others, appreciating nature, and breathing without thought comes to me more frequently now. Thank you,
Eckhart, for reminding me of the living promises the voice been present even before I came to be.

  2. Yes Eckhart . It is true because I experience it. I used to be very loving person before my anxiety came. during my anxiety, I tried to be a loving person but I couldn’t because I was completely unconscious. Now , I am learning from your teachings that i can become conscious again. A Big Thanks ?

  3. What if you don't love yourself what if you don't value your life, What if your mother was and is a narcissistic person who didn't pay enough attention to you. You go around seeking love and acceptance. Over valuing others needs and seeking to please can be mistaken for showing loving kindness to others. Then you wake up and realise you can't love others more than you love yourself. Your enlightened state doesn't allow you too. Then you could at times be viewed as lacking loving kindness. You are aware of your limitations. Realisation of, you can only value yourself to the degree you feel you are valued. Just my conclusions.

  4. It comes and goes. Today I felt bliss and peace. Hardly any thoughts just felt good and like thinking was at the back of my mind. But then I started to react to things happening such as a score at work and not being able to afford a life coaching course. How do I not let things like this get me down. I'm trying to not see them as bad things but I feel disappointed. I'm looking at another coach or option x

  5. Anybody who is facing breathing problems how it can be present..
Is proper breathing is compulsory for meditation as written in book. “ the power of now,”

  6. I don't understand why people need to actively cultivate things like kindness. This is part of me and I cant help but be kind even to those who have gone out of their way to harm me. Kindness is love ❤?❤

  7. Thank you for posting Eckhart Tolle video. A fresh perspective on words: consciousness, virtue and love; with a sparkle of humour ? splendid! To be a student practicing being present in the now ??

  8. It is true that I recognized Jesus talking about my neighbour only now when Eckhart explains that dimension on consciousness and I stepped into it. I am dimension of consciousness so because of that I know that my brother or neighbour is everyone whom I should love because of this experience of the dimension. Everyone I wish to experience it. But I know that people dont have, most of them, dont have this kind of experience. So sorry. Hopefully will become gradually time to more people get to know Jesus through us who know him, all of us. Let s hope. And thanks Eckhart again and again.

  9. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
    John 14:6 (NKJV)

Jesus is the only way to heaven.

    Salvation:-

Confess and repent of all your sins in prayer
Forgive those who have harmed you (this will free you from anger) as Jesus forgave you
Believe Jesus died to blot out your sins and that He is your Saviour
Believe He rose again 3 days later in the flesh by God's hand
Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (if possible)
    Repent daily
By grace you are saved through Faith (belief)
    Live pure and stop sinning
    Follow the spiritual laws:
Love you neighbour as yourself and love God with all your heart, soul and mind. Believe Jesus is Lord.
Develop a relationship with God to hear His voice.
    Be obedient.
    Do fruitful charitable deeds.

  10. And Eckhart Tolle knows what is love and kindness? He doesn't. I don't remeber to feel this deep gratitude toward him. He is making me suffer and unhappy and I thought this is my fault. But you know what? I found really good, the best ever teacher, he is never causing me any suffering. I listen him for mounths now, and all I feel toward him is love and gratitude. This is where I understood, you are just ego made self teacher, not true one.

  11. These clips have saved my sanity and my life…. I agree, thank you for waking us, Dear Eckhart, Friends and Fans!!! Love you guys, have a great retreat

  12. I would say, "God bless you, Echart Tolle!!"
But obviously, you've already been blessed.
There is an old saying, "When the student is ready, the master will appear."
Idk if I am ready, but Echart appeared in my news feed, and I feel blessed to have discovered him. Moreover, I've no doubt that he is indeed a master, and not just of the teaching, but the BEING.
I first read about quieting the Mind from The Works of Carlos Castaneda, wherein his teacher, Don Juan (doesn't matter if he really existed or not) advised the author on how to "stop the world" by learning to stop the "internal monologue..," which is often more of a dialog in our fractured selves.
I also read many other books on similar subjects, like the teachings of the Buddha, psychedelics, etc.
And, though I did use the portal of a psychedelic, coupled with medication, to get there, I have achieved the state where the mind has stopped talking, and the universe within and without seems to open up. Echart's description of it as "spaciousness," is very apt.
But the true and not easy challenge is to remain awake while still living in the world. Very difficult, it is, and I've become quite lost..
But thanks to these talks, I'm remembering.
So, God bless you, Echart Tolle!!!
    Lol..

  13. Love your neighbour as your self. The Kingdom of Heaven is within you. Find within you the dimension of consciousness. Live from that dimension, then naturally you will love your neighbour as yourself. You will also naturally love God as yourself. This is the most important cultivation (alive in consciousness).??????

Virtue arises naturally from connection to your being and presence.???

Cultivation inevitably fails unless you shift to consciousness. Cultivation is often motivated by ego's desire to improve its negative image.?

    Thanks Eckhart. 17 September 2022.
