It depends on WHAT you eat for breakfast. A high sugar content breakfast will set someone up to consume far more throughout the day than a decent nutritious meal would. Studies showed average person consumed 2-3 times as much food. Something to do with the insulin dumps excess sugar causes makes you hungrier throughout the day
