  1. i started 2 weeks ago, did this workout every three or two days and at first i needed a lot of breaks but now i can do it without any breaks.. i didn't notice any big difference in my belly but i think it just needs more time.. just dont give up

  2. i used to do this workout everyday in 2020 and i would die, but i haven’t been doing this exact one lately ive been doing palmela’s 6 min one for a little over a year and i can say now that ive built up muscle this workout is so much easier, still a challenge but i am so much stronger

  5. I just did your 20 minute full body workout and then tried to do this thinking “it’s only 10 minutes shouldn’t be too bad” I was badly mistaken ? As long as I stick with you I will reach my summer goals forsure! ?

    16.01 – I did it but took a few breaks, side planks are the worst

  9. had to take a break right around the halfway point but I hope this is still as effective <3 as long as I don't give up it's still a good workout, right =)

  11. i luv sports so much but i would luv to get better at things like this. I had to take a lot of breaks thru out this and got very frustrated with myself bc im one of those people if i dont get something right the first time a get sad and rly unmotivated i find the planks rly hard but the thing thats keeping me motivated is the results and comments tysm
