No Equipment – No Excuses – No Breaks (expect for one haha). Super super intense, got me dripping sweat & my booty burns like fire while doing this. Make sure to give it a try – you’ll hate me during the workout, you might end up loving me afterwards ♥︎

A lot of those movements are kind of challenging – if you need a break – take it! You will get better over time 🙂 just don’t quit!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is one break in between.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.   1. Too many ads! At least put them in the breaks, otherwise I end up doing more time on one leg than the other if I continue through the ads. Very frustrating.

  2. Jesus Christ im literally seeing spots after doing this. I was doing Pamela's 10 minute workout and It started to get easy so I switched to this one and girl…..im about to pass out! Keep pushing guys:) Just think where we will all be in a couple months, im super excited!

  3. I love this workout. But I can not understand why there have to be ads direktly in the middle of an exercise. I dont care hopw many ads have to be at the beginning or in the brak but please remove those in the middle. This is so frustrating because the workout is one of your early masterpieces.

  4. It’s my first day out here I could only get up to 17 minutes and with my own 2 minute break in between ? proud of myself haha I did some moves I couldn’t do yesterday and tomorrow will be yet another chance (or maybe even later today when I feel like giving this a second go ?)

    Most probably, I‘d have to switch to some other workouts, if these ads wouldn't stop to appear!

  7. Hey Pamela, a big thank you to you for your videos, I've bene doing them more regularly and I'm seeing great results!! Just wanted to request you again to please remove the ads or place them right before or at the end of the video. It totally breaks the flow >.<
