  1. I haven't fact checked this but I heard thay "breakfast" applies to your metabolism so depends on when you sleep/wake. Eating a first meal is supposedly for jump starting your metabolism and giving you more energy

  2. You need breakfast when you regularly exercise and your body needs all of the extra energy. Gary obviously doesn’t exercise and never has been a fitness guy so of course he would be the type of guy to not need to eat as much as other people do. Stick to financial advice Gary

  3. Eat when you’re hungry, drink when you’re thirsty. Your body is the ultimate homogenizer. It knows when you need water or food. Eat junk food and sweets in moderation, your body will figure out how to keep you healthy.

  4. It depends on WHAT you eat for breakfast. A high sugar content breakfast will set someone up to consume far more throughout the day than a decent nutritious meal would. Studies showed average person consumed 2-3 times as much food. Something to do with the insulin dumps excess sugar causes makes you hungrier throughout the day
