  2. I’m listening to this and I’m trying not to cry because of how close I relate to it. I’m just sitting in silence, working out thinking deep into my past and wondering what my future holds

  3. Sacrifices are important, but chronically sacrificing sleep is silly if you work a cognitively demanding job / in school. Sleep can make a night and day difference in how long cognitive tasks take or even decide if you can do it. You have to sacrifice the other things in your day or the competition will swim circles around your sleep deprived brain

I always wake up and push beyond my limits some people will never understand why you go hard but when your a loving father and was raised by an amazing father and mother you tend to view things in both perspectives and allow your self to criticize yourself to improve yourself believe you can do it

  5. This one resonated with me so much. After my dad died, I quit everything and started running marathons. Track workouts at 1 AM after my shift at the bar. 20-mile runs in the rain, sleet, and snow. Although I am a casual jogger now, the lessons I learned from running have remained. The discipline I learned then has carried me into my personal life and career.

  8. It’s like they fucking now, today i start my first job after 12years struggling with depression and drugs. Someone is definitely watching over me. ? i lost my dad when i was 13 in a car accident and after that i had an abusive alcoholic stepdad. I couldn’t coop with it so i started eating and became so fat that everything in my body hurt if i walked like 1mile and i also fleet in to drugs. Today i weigh 80kg for 1m82 and i live a sober life and i’m starting my first job in 12years. I’m 37 now and i’m never going back like the way i was and lived. Strong mind in a strong body. Of course i still get scared sometimes and have doubts but now i have the power to fight my demons and anxiety. Also this channel helped me a lot and still does. So thank you for helping even though we never met before. ???
    For the people who are still struggling like i did, now that it’s possible to get better and stronger. You just have to believe

  9. Focus on yourself first and build yourself an empire. Then build a family to take care of. That is what is wrong with this world. To many people start a family first in their broken mindset, which causes divorces, and broken children. Wake up people. Being stuck in your broken mindset is only setting humanity back. And the more we go back the darker it gets.

  10. If you not happy about yourself, do something about it! You can control what you put in your mouth: alcohol, drugs, pills, excessive food etc.
    Fitness is the fondation!
