Let's get real for a moment shall we….Lizzo is morbidly obese. That IS NOT healthy. Just the way anorexia is NOT HEALTHY. This body positivity is a load of utter crap. Feel positive about yourself because you're unhealthy and have deep rooted issues about yourself? No thanks. Lizzo IS a talented woman and its a shame she makes everything about her weight. Why not be healthy? She does not need to be that size, NO ONE does.

Once I learnt to laugh at myself and about how fat I was, then I made myself change. To me that's positivity about how realistic things are about me, and how I had to learn to be okay with what's true and what's negative. It's paradoxical to think like that, but once I laugh at myself about something that's negative, not in a self-deprecating way (okay maybe), just in a way that's like…"Haha yeah that's true." And it seems weird but it helped me consider some thoughts about my lifestyle and it's really step 1 to loving myself as I was "ugly" and now being comfortable with who I am. It takes a lot of work and a lot of mirrors.
