  1. I like you. But to you have to take at least half of your videos telling us how GREAT you are, I'm sick of EVERY video you telling us how many people you talk to…on as ne on and on…..

  4. When I had a very hard time and lost my motivation to everything, I started a list of small things I want to do or try that can be done in the evening and morning. Everytime I did something off that list, I started in the evening and then went to sleep and when I woke up in the morning continued to do it. That is a huge motivator. Or take tasks you stopped doing in that period of time and do them in the evening, so when you wake up, the first thing you think about, is that the task is already done.

  5. What a year indeed. I feel my year has been the most professionally challenging in a long time. Personally though it was fantastic and on that health note, I committed to training for sprint triathlons in October and it's been amazing for my health and mind on a whole other level. Thanks for all the work you do!

  7. I am encouraged by your self reflection and your commitment to your clients! You are a wonderful positive energy that inspires us for how we can be with our own clients, and your vulnerable self, speaking about your personal life, is attractive and real. And, it is so interesting, we think we have to always have a lot of energy… and we don't allow for moon cycles in our life… we have day, and we have night… so in our LIVES we must allow some moon time for resting, going inside, and being quiet and low energy. We are not designed to stay energized and focused all the time. When you got sick, your higher self was maybe taking you down to get the time you needed to not be in activity. I think we need to take a whole month off every year, and let the messages from inside come forth. TAKE retreat… weekly, monthly, annually…. maybe every 6 years take 6 months off! Thank you for talking about how under performers do not share what they want to create, what their dreams are! We are afraid of judgement and pushback, so the dream fizzles and flounders.
