He is fully-evolved even though he experiences the human level of life, even loving his parents and another human being because love encompasses everything in the universe. Batman only deals with your typical criminals and even super-villains who adapted his role to avenge the deaths of his parents. Kal-El stands for the entire human race, including the Batman.
