  1. I’m always amazed when I hear people say how far ahead they are when they actually aren’t. So to all those who quit their jobs to stop lies from leading their lives they’re the only lives actually growing know that.

  2. I quit my job in healthcare 3 weeks ago. Early retired one year short to my pension. I closed the to have less money and have time for myself. I feel so disconnected from myself, from nature and my body is broken. I am healing …

  3. I was already pretty sure I'm in the right job before I had an adrenal crisis. But after I felt so happy and grateful to be able to go back to work and I learned about Ikigai recently and I realize I'm one of the lucky few who are already doing something they love, that they are good at as well, are getting paid for and that contributes to society. I am extremely grateful.

  4. I have a well paid job but it’s stressful and makes me anxious. Moving jobs isn’t going to be easy because the family relies on my wage. Life’s a grind man. But hopefully I’ll find another path.

  5. Jesus Christ, She was not talking about joy, she was talking about money! So you waste your whole video talking about the wrong thing. You vision is so limited, reminds me of some german people I know.

  6. Sometimes the job you're in allows you to do the thing you love.

When the job becomes all consuming in a negative way its time to regroup and move onto something else. Leap and the net will appear.

  7. The reason people are uncomfortable doing the job is because it’s not part of their purpose or no longer supports the alignment with higher purpose. Nothing to do with the presence….. Trying to full yourself will cause paying a higher price later. Stop trying to silence your inner voice, and search deeper.

  8. Completely true! Now, That I'm learning to be more present, I can focus on my everyday job's actions, without thinking about the fear that I have to loose it. And I'm starting feeling much better, and having more positive results.

  9. How can you leave a career you've had your entire life to do something that pays less but makes you happy. What are you guys doing after you leave your job? How do you make money? Money is not everything to me but you need it to survive unfortunately. Please help!

  10. I have considered and still somehow am considering quitting my job. The only thing that is keeping me is the paycheck which is above average in my country. But that is not enough the more I think abbout it. Its just that loan is keeping me locked. I am afraid on some level that I will move to a lesser payed job and wouldnt have more money. The everlasting compromise between your satisfaction and your illusioned "safety". What I hate about my current job is that on some level it brought bad feelings to me: like dark sarcasm borderline passive agression, resentment for people on position who are incapable of their work and being the "victim" of corporation. I dont want those feelings and thoughts. I want freedom. Anyone in same situation?

  11. I don't know Eckhart. And also the fact not having much support.. go work.. come home to empty house etc really weighs on the consciousness on keeping some jobs. What exactly am even working for, as i feel want a bit more to life as feel deserving if.. working for it.. but some of these things.. relationship.. for some reason still feels difficult and then i get defeated easily.
Borderline just have to wave the white flag and admit im ill to some degree, hopefully get an easier job. Was great pay and decent hours last, but too hard yakkaz.

  12. It's a shame how most people dread going to work. I do understand that there are varying factors. For me, it's the negative, toxic environment. For those who enjoy love their jobs, God bless.
