For all the people complaining about his hands movements… it's a pretty common way to retain the attention of the audience. I know for increasing watch time on youtube videos, it's a good tip to move your hands as it makes you more animated and a little less "Talking head." It may be annoying to some but if you are seeing it and being annoyed, that means you stuck around and are watching which means… it worked 🙂
