I am perfectly comfortable with inhale oxygen but transdermal energy is not productive imagery for me. spreading fingers is effective holding them together creates 'knife hand' the energy is concentrated along the edge of the hand stimulating the 'arm' meridiens is healing of lung/large intestine. It complements five element wood practice. Why all the yoga pose pictures? Are there no qigong movements to illustrate QiGong video.? Where is the third leg of the qi gong diagram? Disappointing. (80 yo 45 year tai ji / qigong practice and occasional instructor)

Master, what Qigong exercise for tinnitus? I have a feeling my tinnitus is more to do with lack of energy or vitality. I've had it for many years. It first came through lack of sleep and masturbation when I was young. Thanks.
The lady at 4:44 her hand positioning is to help spur the lungs into action. When you change your thumb and finger positions it's meant to open up deeper parts of the diaphram and lungs. Is this true, it seems to work for me ? ?

I look on the website at the audio meditation list, theres an audio that covers just about everything from addictions to OCD.
Theres not one for heartbreak, it's so painful & I have suffered for 2 years. It's like the person you love has died & you feel worthless & you wanna die aswel, then after a while you get constant stomach pains & your heart literally starts to hurt.
If theres an audio for heartbreak please let me know.
For Sinus type issues do PAIDA (slapping) on the inner arms but also do it on the sides and front. For added effect Paida over the head then work on Paida with the back of the neck. Now see how well your nose works. Always follow PAIDA LAJIN not just a few slaps working on the areas for at least 7 minutes ideally longer. If you see SHA aka blockage releasing then continue for as long as you can or until no more blockage continues to come forth. The Lungs are also tied to the large intestine meridian so the front of the arms is also a good area for nose etc. These things coupled with UROtherapy, light exercise like walking, probiotic foods, tibetan five rites, herbal foods and homoeopathics will heal you quickly.
