Evening great sir from my home teachings I was taught that I am my brothers keeper, for many years for me to be liked and for me to feel relevant I have taught myself to be the last on the list and in so doing I ended up teaching people not to respect my time and I have had to learn to say no and to cut those that are not doing me good health wise and emotionally this has not being a easy journey and I am still learning a lot of who I am and in this journey Mr Les Brown sir you have contributed immensely and for that I thank you may God bless you abundantly
