  1. if ýou have to endure a lot of pain, it means ýoure able to handle much.. its an honour to transform more than the ýounger souls.. this planet needs the power of everýone of us, so lets do it ?? lets work

  2. ??♥️✨soooo grateful for this beautiful message Thank you so much and much love from Sweden and we are doing this together ?????♥️✨???☘️❤️

  3. It's not so hard to be present when the present is just fine but I had a migraine the other day and remembered to stay aware. WOW! So many of my thoughts when I'm sick like that are woe is me. And the woe is me was making it all much worse. To just experience it was way better. Thanks Eckhart!

  4. That's why we sometimes we can't meditate because we don't look into ,feel into those feelings and let them open, can't dissociate ,but can't indulge either, bringing presence

  5. Eckart Tolle is a great man of God I dont know where could I be if I could not listen his lectures and read his books the Power of Now and Practice the Power of Now

  6. Thank you thank you. I get lost again and again, and sometimes I totally lose my awareness and it feels like I have no choice but to lose it (even though I had a glimpse of knowing I did have a choice at the moment ..) I have been relatively conscious of my mind activity last two months and this month I totally lost it from a trauma in the relationship and it was like a very strong relapse of some drug addiction. hit me in the face so hard that I thought the peaceful state of the last two months was a sort of fraud… but you know. As Eckhart Tolle said, it also feels like it eventually leads to awakening because I can't live with such pain no more.. I just hope I quickly get to the level where there's less suffering even though I think suffering itself is very painful but also a part of the awakening process. Life is so mysterious…

  7. 9:35 the pain body is fuel for presence
9:00 presence is arising and its gradually dissolving this pain body in you.
But your work is not to renew the pain body through unconscious thinking.
Be really alert and watch your mind so you don't create more suffering by
9:26 if you no longer feed the pain body
The pain body also feeds through drama in relationships, enacting drama
The pain body renews itself through
Don't add to the pain body,
    It wants to feed,
    It wants your unconsciousness.
Your not feeding it with your mind anymore and you not feeding it by drawn into insane drama.
    You just watching it
    It gradually dissipates and transmutes
Write down repetitive thoughts you can catch that obscure your awareness
That become part of your fictitious identity
Then you have the burden to carry burden of an unhappy self
Presence us arising , and it is gradually dissolving the pain body.
Your work is not to renew your pain body through unconscious thinking.

You have to be really careful and watch your mind, if you no longer feed the pain body through unconscious thinking..
Pain body also feeds through drama in relationships – best ways for the pain body to renew itself
It wants to feed, It wants your unconsciousness. But don't give it to the pain body.

  8. 2:58 is your mind feeding it.
You have a big pain body there which is not in itself bad thing, because a big pain body becomes a very strong motivating force to awaken.
Be careful to examine your thinking.
    Enough Awareness to realise it.
    Let go of the thoughts.
    Be present.

The pain body is fuel for presence

  9. This video & the last comment was very helpful. I will try this also.
As soon as I awake the pain body, sense of dread & fear is so intense that I want to go back to sleep again so I am not conscious of it or thinking about it. I just want release & relief from it.
On rare occasions in the past it has become so painful, I have had out of body experiences & lucid dreams, where I watch the dream. I need to watch my thoughts in the same way.
I find dreams are a source of soothing insight, guidance & often a saving grace, though I do not understand how that works or from where they come, ie the physical brain function or formless dimension.
I am trying affirmations too & would appreciate if Eckhart would offer insight on both the above please in relation to presence. Can this extend to the dream state?
I hope to experience a lighter joy & freedom from pain, toxic people & situations but that has to begin with me. It was Ghandi who said that you have to become the change you wish to see in the world.
Giving attention to the senses, being out in nature or in the fast paced world does not seem to alleviate this. I am often overwhelmed & finding it more difficult out there.
I am also grieving, adding to the intensity.
Thank you & blessings to all those going through this. Its no fun.
