It all seems to boil down to surrender and resolve to the fact that you cannot truly change nor expect anything. Externally, at least.

To the native speakers: Does Eckhart for you have an accent – british, german or whatever? For I wonder that I can understand him much better than many of the other people from England or Canada, and I wonder how that comes. Does he speak different (slowlier)?

You get challenged by life all the time – you took the words right out of my mouth – um that’s been my observation and experience-
Elkhart says that’s how it should – Ummm I think c’mon give one a break – too much challenging can’t be a good thing –
I’m aware of life lessons and learning from ones mistakes –
One has to make their inner world stronger – than ones outer world – so they don’t get bruised and battered emotionally by the outer world
Jesus is the path to true peace that surpasses understanding

Please, does anyone have advice on how to heal a broken heart? I loved him, but he left me and said that it was too stressful trying to be present with me. I wanted to see him flourish with me and vice versa. I just feel so heartbroken right now. I know it will pass and I love myself so much and am capable of such deep emotions, but the pain hurts and is difficult for me to be accepting

The Word of God speaks to you via the thoughts in your head. If you don’t like them, then maybe you are not truly in harmony with God. God is in the wind. He speaks to you in whispers in your mind. However, trying to stop your thoughts, change, or subdue them just pushes off the inevitable until God comes at you screaming to listen to Him. Then as you listen, the speech will return to gentle whispers. ☀️
Rarely does Eckhart miss the point as he has expressed life and not just talking in the abstract. The challenge arises when life experiences strike and the words of Eckhart get drowned by reaction. It's not that we need the words of Eckhart printed on the inside of our eyelids but that we become the words in everyday life.
You often say life is interesting because of challenges like in a movie. Today I have a challenge. I had to make a small car my home for one night because mine is in the garage overnight. Everything turned out perfect except that I had forgotten my medicine in my car which is now in the garage. So I hope if I can’t sleep I will learn how to awaken while listening to your voice and teaching all night. Thank you for being there. ❤️

Its alao good to read the "Present", a book available for free on the website called Global Truth Project.The book is about the truth of life and it shows the full picture of life for the first time so that you may stop being deceived by the world and be able to follow the steps of Jesus and other prophets to Heaven/enlightment.Knowing the whole truth of life is the key factor in our salvation/ awakening.We must know the real truth, all of it and live in it and change ourselves according to it in order to be saved.There is no other way to our salvation/awakening.With the knowlege of the truth there comes true repentance which means changing our minds and also true obediance to God' s law and finally our sanctification which is awakeing. And God in His mercy will give us His wonderful grace which is the time and ability to make the proper change.Only in this way will we be able to attain our eternal salvation/awakening.Our task is to find this narrow gate that leads to God and do it quickly and stay on it till the end no matter what.Then and only then we will be saved.There is nothing more important or serious to do in this fallen world as our eternal fate depends on it
