I speak too fast as it is difficult to understand so i need to improve way i speak

Start working out early every morning
The one habit that I'm going to start from now is changing my morning routine. Building a good morning routine and following it for the next 21 days.
I learned it’s a cycle that repeats itself everyday and we don’t bother on breaking it because we feel okay with how we are sometimes it’s very difficult to change something cause it’s outside of our comfort zone that’s why we start with very small habits and even tho it mine be annoying at first get yourself used to it and as your progress add a harder habit and so on
Have a clear, prioritized to-do-list for the day and relect with journal notes in the evening.
The habit that i want to adopt right now is wake up at early morning.
i want to develop a habit to wake up, start yoga for 5 min.
and then get to work.

I have countless amount of habits I want to develop , which is why I searched for this video, but the most important ones are, i wanna be able to wake up at 4:00 every morning to learn and to also study at least one hour before sleep because of me being a student
