  2. Thank you I need this lecture. My problem is that I think things are more difficult than it is. Solution using small steps and continue to educate myself in small steps. I’m too old for taking large courses and have difficult to free time for study.

  3. You CANNOT solve the problem if you are still fighting against it.
If you are still struggling with the issue that dejected you or the problem that stuck in your life, let it go. Do not fight against it. Sometimes accepting and letting go can give you the highest peace.
    Isn’t?
Some problems are not solvable by our power; they are out of our control. Fighting against them destroys our mindset and energy level.
Let it go and take a breath????

  4. for 6 years it hurts to pee and my dick doesnt function sexually. 5 urologists later and no solution. Will try herbs and other remedies, it's a tough problem. Also little sleep, ADHD etc

  5. If problems never end, then a solution to such big problem is to use it to produce productive reactions. If every human can then take productive actions from their daily mistakes, erroneous actions, suffering, then every human can produce feedback in how to prevent, reduce, eliminate and have fun making mistakes. I am still struggling to come up with a design for this idea!

  6. people who are bad at problem solving just dont have goals… cause the ultimative way to avoid having problems is to not have any goals if you have a goal you also have a problem they go hand in hand cause if you wouldnt have a problem it wouldnt be a goal cause you already have it thats btw also a good way to relax just allow you for a day or two to not have any goals just dont care about it in knowing you can start caring about it after this day and dont have any goals for now and always if you find yourself stressed think about if you have a goal right now many surf on the internet about a goal they want to reach and wonder why they are stressed besides doing nothing but sitting in front of a computer

  7. I have a problem that I need your advice for. People say “be yourself” and make moral quotes yet they are hypocritical and tisk in disgust when you do

  8. (EYE JUST HERE TO MAKE EU THINK)) PEEPHOLE OFTEN FIXATE ON A PROBLEM THAT ISNT THE REAL PROBLEM SO THEY CAN AVOID THE REAL PROBLEM WHICH IS MUCH MOOR THREATENING TO THEM. FACTS OVA FEELINGS!

  9. My problem i study day and night but i am the lowest marks person in my ckass…

  10. Dealing with people that don't bring values without telling you they don't. I made huge progress from the past where I used to deal with these people before having a situation where it really proven that. Solution: find common patterns of your past from the people you dealt with and know how you can recognize those kind of people without waiting for a situation to prove that you are right. I know I can do better in finding solutions than this.

  11. Finding the beast inside to get off my backside. I have found that I need to immediately start off the day with an intense run and having a cold shower after that. After that I go into what I call "my room of peace and tranquility" to do productive work. After that i go to the gym for an intense exercise, get some more work done, take a cold shower after that, read books of importance, meditate on what i have learned, journal that and then go to sleep. Repeating that the next day.
