  1. I quit smoking and vaping cold turkey like two months ago. Best decision I’ve ever made. Anxiety levels are down, I feel better, I’m happier and better focused, I got my health back on track.

    Literally nothing but good things happened since quitting. It’s like 3 days of agitation and a couple weeks of getting the thought of nicotine out of your head. After that you’re golden. It’s not even that difficult.

  2. I am witness that is how my father quit after 20 years of smoking atleast 1 pack a day. He quit work for a month and did nothing but eat sunflower seeds.

  3. Hey for what it's worth I actually quit smoking by waring sunflower seeds. Doesn't work how you think you. Eating the seeds does help with urges, and the havi g to discard shells just reminds you what a dirty habit it is overall. It really helps for a minute until you feel the side effects of eating tok many sunflower seeds. I'll let you Google those yourselves, but it's a lot easier to stop eating sunflower seeds than to just quit smoking so it was a weird transition of addictions that was easier to quit once it became uncomfortable physically. Overall 7/10 way to quit smoking and only one that actually stuck for me.
