  1. At first I thought this was hippie shit, but now I practice breathing, meditation and cold showers and I feel better. I then continue my day, get home and…sometimes there is a hole in me I can not fill with these techniques, I have tried. What is this hole before me? – It is the hole of my impending death.

  2. All my life I have only slept 4 hours a day 95 percent of the time. I work 3 to 11 shift at a nursing home most of the time and an occasional double shift working a midnight shift. If i do not fall asleep by 10 am something odd happens that my brain resets and I will be unable to sleep again for a whole day. I sometimes go days like this with can be quite disconserting. At the age of 67 this is still happening. When I was a child I drove adults crazy because they couldn't make me go to sleep. If I was forced to lie down I would read if I could. I couldn't shut down my brain no matter how hard I tried.

    I usually get home from work about 1 or 2 am and no matter how tired and exhausted I am I usually will not sleep until almost 7 am. I will them usually wake up at about 11 am and will be fully awake. Sometimes I will wake up at 10 am and be fully awake. Can someone offer a comment of how I might change this pattern ??? This even occurs on my days off from work also. I can tell I am getting sick because my sleep pattern will change.

  3. To be honest, every time I get angry, I ask myself, "Why does anger exist?". To me, all it does is make things worse. Just when I started watching the video, my anger vanished and turned into tears. Wow… I should watch this every time I get angry.
