  2. Win the morning -> win the day: get up with a positive mind and a heart full of gratitude
    Tell yourself "I am unique, strong, lovable and have so much to offer this world"
    Start small, Start strong and remember "if there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm"

  3. Have an intention to add value, trust the universe and take massive daily action on something you are passionate about. You will be rewarded. This is what pushed me into starting my youtube channel. And even though not many watch me I trust that my efforts will be rewarded one day if I keep pushing forward.

  4. 1. Eating Brain foods – Neuroprotective foods
    2. Develop a calloused mind – Take massive action. David Goggins style. Become immune to your weaknesses.
    3. Put first things first. It's ok to say no and focus on the most important activities.
    4. Unreal expectations. Social media tricks us into believing falsehood. Don't believe everything you see online.
    5. Create a non negotiable agreement. Get someone to hold you accountable. Commit to your goals fully.

  5. Self-discipline in the number one most important key to success and fulfillment. You absolutely must be able to do the things you need to do in order to achieve what you want to achieve. Even when you don't feel like doing them. Even when your mom just died. Even when you didn't sleep last night. Even when you are afraid. How do you know what those things are? You absolutely must set goals and you absolutely must determine the rules of your life – your boundaries. These are the three keys to success. Self-discipline, Goals, personal boundaries.

  6. Its okay if you can wake up at 4am and develop a callous mind, but it is okay if you can't either. Some of us don't want overactive Adneral glands and high cortisol levels. Shite can rob muscles from your legs, by turning the protein into glucose and storing it around your guts.
