  2. The "make it easy" idea is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. You put your running shoes, go out, lock the door, and then come back. Yey, after several weeks you're an official marathon runner (in your mind). There comes a time where you actually get your shoes on and go running – and THAT hurts, despite your supposedly built habit. Gosh, either do it, or don't do it at all.

  3. Who are those 338 people who didn't like this? Someone has to be just a super negative person to go out of their way to hit thumbs down on a video like this.
Great voice, great points. Other than the fact that social or tribal habits can also be very dangerous or unhealthy. So if they are, the brave thing is to not go along with it.

  4. I’m glad I watched. I overthink & underperform, this has to stop. Mastering the entry points was the key for me and I’m getting up right now to do just that. Thank You & I’ll come back and post later on the progress…??

  5. I thought nothing could motivate me to study anymore, but, I guess I was wrong? Just making a habit to read one page of a textbook… I was kinda frightened about actually starting because I knew it'd be catastrophic but if you just reduce it to just making a habit of reading one page… That's more manageable. Thank you

  6. i dont need to be any super ugliness to do something , i only need to exit froim religiousness , spirituality and other and then finally i am free and i have free will even to refuse progress which progress is just direction that it , it dont mean helping yourself and others , it just mean direction , from all we know directions always create wars , criminal ebhaviour eventually , directions always hit someone , always it abuse , it always enslave it always beat , manipulate , lie , scam , it always ben that way

  7. the entire video is rat race and is slavery actually , the people who live relaxedly and enjoyful dont have other habits other than telling you to do this and this for them and you by doing that to yourself you actually give masive amount of wealth to others , so as you can see is a rat race and you are seen as a slave , a rat is not a slave , the rat actually is pretty free for man hundreds of years but is about the words : rat race which those 2 words combined it mean you are like a rat who lost it free will and that the definition of this video in a partial way becuase not all they say in the video is nice , he said some nice and cute things which help you to eliberate yourself from ugliness which that cute and i accept it but some is about harming you example competition is bad , you can replace competition with being creative and creating things and having ambundance , the people who tell you to be competitive they try to enslave you to do things for them not because they cant do it or because they can , no , it becuase that way they will profit from you and you are their entertainment …….sad but there is a cute ways to escape example is what i said

  8. #3 has very old roots: "Well begun is half done." is from Aristotle (I think), although I'm more familiar with the variation "Once begun, half done."
