  1. I have a love-hate relationship with Mindvalley. I appreciate all the content and information, but I wish Vishen would allow guests speak without interrupting them. This happens on every single episode and is something that really bothers me especially when the guest is stating a great point.

  2. The 5 tips are:
    5. Sleep, meditation & having sense of purpose.
    4. Physical activities: 10K step per day, cardio, stretching & weight lifting.
    3. Diet: Decrease calorie intake, plant based food & fasting.
    2. Don't die stupid; Smoking, alcoholic, not use seat belts.
    1. Medical Screening: Early detection of disease, save life.

  3. I am currently conducting an experiment with the purpose of improving motivational factors that may extend longevity. Exercising, eating right and getting enough rest on a consistent basis requires proper motivation. I theorized that positive reinforcement might increase the motivation to exercise, eat right and get enough rest on a consistent basis. My preliminary findings appear to show that my theory is correct; however, it will take more experimentation to definitively prove my theory. I would like to thank my assistants in the sex worker industry for their dedication and attention to detail.

  4. Great interview, but I think he is not optimistic enough. Rapamycin research is already showing great results with upwards of 30% longevity improvement. People are already getting this by prescription from Longevity focused doctors.

  5. My husband is 49. He is lean and low carb. He looks 25. He had covid earl 2020. I don't understand why these people talk about longevity and are not even remotely that healthy.

  6. Why did he say, "If I would take Statins, I would be 40 years old". 34:40
    I would never use Statins because I watched a 65 yrs old man become 80 because he took Statins.
    This interview is way too much rambling like they were on too much coffee. Needs structure.
