10. Sometimes, it gets really hard to make others follow rules and regulations. They think that they are the boss, and want to it their own way. Therefore, great leadership skills must take action!

14. “Leadership“ is the most cliche abused term used today in business for the last 10 years. Everybody is in leadership training.

    As soon as all these companies figured out they could sell leadership training courses everybody became a leader and we had to have more leader ship training for everybody.

    It is been run into the ground to the point to where it is meaningless. Companies promote leadership and leadership training for people who have no business being in leadership roles.
    We have completely disregarded the fact that leaders must have knowledge about what they are doing.

    Facilitating is not leadership.
    Being an expert in “leadership” is not being a leader.

    Spending five years reading books and attending leadership training does not make you a leader that has any knowledge about managing anything.

    It’s completely pathetic and I hope this fad ends sooner rather than later.

    The world needs good followers too. We need knowledgeable people with good judgment in the right places.

    “Leadership “has become nothing more but another canned management philosophy used by people who have been promoted beyond their level of ability with no ideas.

    If you are in leader ship training right now in a company because they want you to be ask yourself the question, “what am I knowledgeable about and what relevant experience do I have that I can teach others about how to solve real world problems ”?

    If you have no real world knowledge and cannot teach others to solve problems, you will be a leader in title only and frustrate yourself and others for a long time.

18. I am very shy even in private, I struggle in talking and didn't know how to open any topic to talk with.so, I am going to work on it.

19. One of my weakness of a leader is I'm not reading as much as I should. As a matter of fact, I stopped reading at all. I use to love to read John Grisham and Stephen King's books. I have no excuse and will definitely take you up on your advice, "Leaders are Readers!". I love this advice and thank you for posting. You've helped me improved today. My new goal will be to read a book a month on any topic or subject. Just read. I'm deleting my Tik Tok account today.
