  1. maybe he’s not as enlightened as I thought. He’s scoring cheap laughs at the expense of trans women who are harmless and subjected to irrational fears and exaggeration. In comedy that’s called punching down.

  2. I definitely relate to Eckhart – I'm a man with huge amounts of yin energy (to the point where it's imbalanced). I've been finding that actually focusing more on the yang side of things balances me out!!

  3. Eckhart, This gender movement is quite severe and its members are in a cult like like state that react with extreme emotion and labeling if they encounter disagreement. I am glad you have spoken out about it. I think the world needs more of your voice on this overly yin danger. I don't know of many wise leaders, and certainly society in general doesn't appreciate the danger involved which I think would be very destructive. -On the other hand, there is the possibility of society becoming aware enough for the movement to stall out. I hope you will continue to speak on this issue as needed.

  4. Given that your yin/yang energy has nothing to do with your sense of gender identity, it's not some kind of tool you can use to treat gender dysphoria. Your sense of your gender identity will exist as long as you are in a human body, even if you know that you are not your form identity. It's not something you can spiritually bypass, if you have gender dysphoria it has to be addressed so you can live your human life.

  5. Considering this is what Jordan Peterson has been warning everyone about for the last 10 years i wouldn't be surprised if Eckhart will now be labelled as alt right and 'cancelled' from mainstream media.

  6. What an interesting discussion! I think the yin/yang framework could encourage more awareness of the overarching balance within society.

I would like to remember to include yin/yang in future assessments; topic and space/perspective dependent. Yin/yang seems to shift perspective towards a larger picture.

  7. Too good! I laughed a lot! The part at the end of the video where he talks about the EXAGGERATIONS that our generation has been committing about "gender rights" etc, I've seen this for years, and I'm one of the only ones I know who see it this way, I mean, that there are exaggerations and nonsense at that. I am very happy to see Eckhart saying exactly what I think and understand. This video is very funny. I'm sure a lot of people got RAGE and HATE when they heard what he said. Wounded egos.

  8. Our society seems to have the tendency to over-complicate simple concepts/issues in many aspects of life. Imagine what the world would be like if everyone can look at the world like Eckhart does. Less is more.

  9. Once again Ekhart speaks gracefully about a tricky subject. While his words convey a specific concept, ultimately the meaning behind the words is the same: its time for us to put the ego in the back seat and let wisdom take the wheel.

  10. thank you for addressing what shouldn't be taboo subjects but are and coming at them very even handedly. nothing in excess is something that would help most of humanity i think. 🙂

  11. I wonder how much ET has researched the mental health benefits of gender affirming care? Even if it’s because of a rigid gender roles, we still have to look at the individual and their mental health.
I feel this talk was pretty Ego-y. I guess he is human after all.

  12. Light hearted and humble, Eckart is. IMHO, the soul doesn’t need to be put in a box of any kind. Ever. If one chooses to learn through that box, it’s certainly their choice.

  13. good to shed light on the so called 'trans' issue. i hope this will help others to speak the truth in regard to the ego insanity. right now it seems many are afraid of being labeled this or that for being awareness and understanding to a deeply toxic issue.

  14. only when i hear eckhart i have desireless. I don't need this world i dont need to interact my painbody with other. I dont want to like other person except the presenser

  15. Nice to hear Eckhart speaking some sense in a world that is running upside down. In a time when everybody is too busy confirming themselves as being either this or that, we forget about the balance.

  16. I think it’s important for children to understand their masc and feminine aspects of themselves balancing that early on might be important (tho I have no children ?) learning competition and sharing and enjoying what they like but respecting what nature has chosen for them

  17. I think it is utterly irresponsible of you to spread false information regarding the Government taking kids away from their parents because they refuse hormonal treatment. I am from Ontario Canada and that is false. With such a strong accusation the very least you could do is provide links in your description to such claims.
