  1. I’ve had a YouTube account for about 13 years, and would only post the odd video here and there. This past year I’ve been utilizing YouTube shorts and it’s really helping my page get some traction. And making shorts is super fun, and it’s helped me gain over 200 subs in a very short time.
It’s making me really want to actually get into this more than just dabbling in it for fun. Thanks Gary for all the insight!

  2. Every bit of advise here is dead on. The struggle is producing daily content that is good quality. I couldn't imagine 1 video everyday being any good that people want to watch, let alone 15….but im still going to try. Especially with the new exciting updates for youtube shorts.

  3. I’m the prime example of what Gary talks about! I was arrogant n didn’t wanna jump on yt shorts, tiktok, ig reels…soon as I did I went viral on all platforms n it changes my whole mindset! Now I’m focusing on posting 10x more n giving more value, love you Gary ✊

  4. This Way above me but i am getting value from it. As a man who was raised by a single mom and two sisters- your message to women about not giving a fuck how they look and owning it…. BIG FAN!

  5. I feel this video Gary, like what I have gone through, drug addiction, 3 suicide attempts, 4 kids that want to live with me but can't, because well, I live in a tool shed, and I know I survived all the stuff I've survived, in order to help others heal and get out of the dark and into the light, if I can save 1 person I will feel my missions wasn't for nothing. I think im just afraid of posting content because i lost my teeth to addiction, plus living in a shed, who is gonna listen to me, although my advice usually helps people, and I give good advice, I just don't follow it myself, sadly

  6. YouTube shorts don't connect to your subscribers so it's useless. This is the reality after over a year doing them! They don't count as watch time, the subs you get from them don't get served your long content and there's NO hope of growing any thing meaningful with them. I deleted most of my Shorts and went over to Tiktok where my page is now growing properly. You can get 100000 views on Shorts and 100 subs from them but 1 view on your long content because the Subs aren't being served your long content. It's not as good as it's being shown. Give the down side too so the reality of it is spoken about ?? Oh and I forgot to mention. If you get a blow up video which is what happened to one of my Shorts the algorithm might see it as suspicious, stop it in its tracks and delete a mass of subscribers all in the space of 30 minutes. There are problems with it for sure
