  5. Hi! If I encounter a dilemma, I will try to see the brighter side of things. A professor has told us once in class before that God would never give you a problem you can't solve… And like Math, there's always a solution. 🙂

  7. I am grateful that I woke up this morning, and I hope everyone else did too. I am grateful for my house, I hope everyone else has one too.

  9. My day starts with morning pages over coffee or tea. I clearly State what I am grateful for and I state where I am disappointed over. I State what I'm looking forward to and when I finish my morning pages I just roll into taking care of those things that I said I looked forward to doing.
    I use this time to remind myself of all of the things that I have and all of the changes in my life that have lifted Me Up and it motivates me to continue to do that.
    I don't have any frogs – I have tasks that benefit me once I do them.

  11. I simply feel gratitude through the day. No point writing if one doesn't feel it. I know of people who say "thank you" 50 times a day daily but not mean it even once.
