  2. Needed this. 15 years old, got cut from JV a couple months ago. Been somewhat depressed, and unwilling to work since, but the love for the game was still there. I’ve come back to this video before every workout for the past 5 weeks. I’ve gotten back in shape, and am currently leading my rec league (age 15-18) in scoring and assists at about 26 and 8 a game. Conditioning has always been my biggest issue, and now I’m finally on track. Thank you so much.
