  1. I’m so glad I found this! So motivating. I’m down 66 pounds. I don’t do keto. Tried it a few times and was miserable. I am doing intermittent fasting. I work three 12 hour shifts a week. On those days, I do 16:8. On days off I do OMAD. And work out in a fasted state as well. I’m feeling better than I have in years and see this as a lifestyle, not a diet. I also do longer fasts (24-48) about once a month.
    😊

  2. Self-worth is someone who is doing the hard things, and is NOT successful, but still has hope. This person still believes that it is possible. It is belief in the possibility that is important. Every time you fail, you try again. Your self-worth is the willingness to try again! These guys just don't get it completely, but I appreciate their desire to understand.

  3. OMG, Drew, I just saw your humongous arms! As a nurse, I have to tell you as you age, those arms are going to become flabby. Your muscles will reduce and that reduction will become fatty. Even if you continue to exercise.

  4. PEOPLE, THE POINT IS TO LOSE FAT AND GET MUSCLES. You need diet plan and training plan for that! I visited website called AgogeDiet, they provided me with personalized diet plan and training plan. The results are amazing!!!

  5. Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health. Diet plan from Agoge Diet contains delicious and nutritionally rich foods your body, brain and heart will love. It's definitely worth trying.
