I’m so glad I found this! So motivating. I’m down 66 pounds. I don’t do keto. Tried it a few times and was miserable. I am doing intermittent fasting. I work three 12 hour shifts a week. On those days, I do 16:8. On days off I do OMAD. And work out in a fasted state as well. I’m feeling better than I have in years and see this as a lifestyle, not a diet. I also do longer fasts (24-48) about once a month.

Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health.
