  1. Have to disagree , Leadership is not parenting. I understand it in the entrepreneurial sense of paying salaries even if you don't get one but you can't save anyone in business when you yourself aren't fed, it begets a level of bitterness over time

  2. True leadership is humility, putting one's wants behind for the team's, sacrificing for a greater and long term cause. Being a leader is not a privilege, its a responsibility whose accountability lies with God.

  3. Still don't get it… do i grab the best steak so I'm fat enough to take the bullet for the family? Or do i let the grunts eat so they go take the bullets while I plan from a rear position?

  4. True point about leaders today, I work in retail and we all know how that is!! Unfortunately the
    Leaders in retail most of them today are focused On bonuses and Christmas vacations
    And summer holiday. If something like you said were to happen they would only say, hey could you jump in front of that guy before he gets shot, I’m really busy making schedules!!!!
