I fell 40' 2.5 years ago.
I'm being judged by my family and they now call me a narcissists.
I'm in the sauna at the gym, about to hit the elliptical and weights.
I have a 3 year old baby girl.
I'm 42 and my wife is 26.
I'm trying to recover from what should have killed me. But my siblings call me narcissists because I cry ALOT!

I CRY WHILE LIFTING WEIGHTS OUT ON THE GYM FLOOR, EVERYONE LOOKING AT ME WITH PITTY. I HATE IT. BUT MY FAMILY CALLS ME NARCISSISTS…because everytime they think of me, in their heads I'm full of s@it. My pain is fake and I only cry for sympathy.

This all makes perfect sense. My issue is that my body (due to past memories, negative beliefs about myself, being stuck in many programs and emotional associations) currently is stuck in a conditioned state with symptoms in my lower leg and foot which consist of extreme tingling, numbness, tightening and pain every time I get up and begin to walk. It’s like clockwork. My question is how can I teach the body to not have this response if the symptoms are literally in my face every day?

So grateful this video came to me this morning. Just woke up from intense dreams from my past. My body and mind began to already drain me first thing in the morning but NO MORE! Time to mediate, yoga and putting on my protective shield before I start my day and be aware of my thoughts.
