  1. Guys the fact and best for everyone is ,
    1.Dont get fired up and stay awake up till and 12 am and awake 4.30.
    2.Sleep is exetremly important you will die or fall ill if sleep is extremely deprived.
    3.Best is sleep at 11 or 12 and wake at 6 and on 4th day sleep proper.
    Now Nicol Tesla and Leonardo did felt sleep is useless n they died inappropriately by cycological diseases .
    5.Einstein did slept for 10 hours and lived a good happy life.
    And if wake at 6 and sleep at 12 you get 16 hours and no brain issues land use pobela sleep cycle everytime .
    Now this will help u a lot.
