We can further develop these natural tools by using creative visualisation meditations to deliberately create our desires. The guided meditation starting at 5:33 is a practical example of how you can use your FOCUS to IMAGINE and VISUALISE your desires, it gives you a visceral way to FEEL them and associates ACTION with your visualisation.

When you are deliberately creating your reality there are some key points to remember.
1. Use your imagination to visualise what you want.
2. Really get into a feeling place of what it would feel like to be really experiencing your dreams and desires.
3. Use your Focus and Attention – practice feeling and imagining what you want your life to look like every day.
4. Decide that this is what you want and know that in the realm of vibration IT IS already DONE.
