My entire life I've been all in the red. I never understood how people could relax and watch a show. I have be doing multiple things at once, and none well. I suck at social things. I'm polite but I don't pick up subtle social cues.
So, to my understanding, Inhale/exhale rapidly (or longer inhales than exhales)=alertness state; Inhale-inhale/exhale (or longer exhales than inhales)=calmness state. But I did not understand what the box breathing does…
