  1. I do meditation on the life of Christ, scriptures, the attributes of God, etc. for the purpose of growing in faith, hope & charity. Any physical or psycholigical effects are icing on the cake.

  2. The weirdest thing about this is. Our body knows these patterns, it applies them at times. After thousands of years WE now know it. How come that we know something while we don't know it. And is there a way to tap in to that information knowingly

  3. My entire life I've been all in the red. I never understood how people could relax and watch a show. I have be doing multiple things at once, and none well. I suck at social things. I'm polite but I don't pick up subtle social cues.

  4. So, to my understanding, Inhale/exhale rapidly (or longer inhales than exhales)=alertness state; Inhale-inhale/exhale (or longer exhales than inhales)=calmness state. But I did not understand what the box breathing does…
