Dr. Anthony Lin gives credit to you in a speech you made about the media. This may be that speech, I don't know, but the title of his video is "An Introduction to a Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet – a presentation by Dr. Lim". He is one of my heroes having shown me about the diet.

* I still avoid a great deal of media and most notably avoiding false information outlets as well as sensationalist outlets. I found how I can block all recommendations on this site, using a fire fox Addon. I choose the topics now where previously I would frequently choose a 'shocking' or 'sensationalist' films and then get stuck in a loop within that. A big cord is the recommendations.
I admit I was manipulated. The older generation is still stuck in the media and many feel the need to watch the news once or twice a day.
