Oh my god i did a presentation on him about 4 or 5 years ago back in college we had to make our first ever presentation and the doc said it would be cool if we make it about super heroes so we would be having fun and I decided to go with real life super heroes and he was one of my choices at that time i didnt know if it was the right choice but hey now im glad what i did back then

I am a basketball player, I think I am talented and do work hard at my craft. However whenever I go against good competition I seem to crumble, I start thinking if he does better than me, fearing if I mess up, what others will think of me. This man is a revolution. Its magical and scientific! Its brain and this man knows how to use it.
That is a very interesting hypothesis by Wim Hof. I do believe that the Mind is the most powerful instrument in the world. The key is learning how it works and unlocking how to work it for your advantage. The problem is that it take learning, relearning, unlearning and implementing new ways to BE. But, before we can master new ways to BE we must first master new ways to THINK.
