  3. I read many books , especially self improvement . But…but… I apply that in my life and thats work ! It really works . I begin to do healthy life style because of self improvement books not because diet books . I lost almost 20 kg and has a fitness body shape . Book is power ! ?

I don't think the knowledge you get by it self is bad….but after you read a decent amount of self help books things become repititive but first you need to have the knowldge….i wish you talked more about its use….you urself reached this mindset by reading books …please dont discourage others and show the full picture

  5. Self help is so orerrated these days.. If you know few simple tips, thats more than enough. If I practice my craft and practice what I know, I am much better off and learn much real life experience than these repetitive no-new knowledge books

  7. I think you should read a self help book and then try to apply it in your life. If you're reading a book just for the sake of reading it you're wasting your time. Just reading a self help book and then not applying it is like watching a motivation video on YouTube and then sitting back on bed. So, I'll summarise
    1) Read a Book
    2) Look for what it is trying to say
    3) Apply in Real Life
    4) Learn from your own experiences
    And also try spending a little time thinking what book you should really read and how it's going to help you.

  9. These days everyone wants to be godlike, deflect the moods and emotions at will. It doesn’t work like that. Everyone has the full spectrum as standard. Know them, get used to them. It’s not wrong to feel off sometimes.

  11. Sometimes it can take 10 years. Sometimes 20. Sometimes you start too late and probably lost your chance for sportw. But you can still get closer to your goal and set your children closer to succes
