Descriptions:

Jia Jiang adventures boldly into a territory so many of us fear: rejection. By seeking out rejection for 100 days — from asking a stranger to borrow $100 to requesting a “burger refill” at a restaurant — Jiang desensitized himself to the pain and shame that rejection often brings and, in the process, discovered that simply asking for what you want can open up possibilities where you expect to find dead ends.

  1. I don't have any word to say thank you,, For the last some months I try to focus on my career but after seeing this video I realized that the most influenced thing that impact on my life is a fear of rejection ,,and that the main reason I can't work and focus on my goals and dreams,,,

  2. I think it's more than a coincidence that I got rejected by a celebrity I was trying to get a photograph with a
few minutes before watching this video…

Even after giving me his "WHY" saying they were on a shoot, I could literary tell my ego was bruised and the disappointment creeping in… Hence, I tend to avoid reaching out first as I am also an Introverted person.

Thank you for this, I'm looking forward to challenging myself on getting more rejections.

  3. I’m 6’2 185 pounds with blonde hair blue eyes and I’m fairly handsome and I get rejected all the time. I’ve came to the conclusion that women are stupid.

  4. this is one of the most helpful and necessary video for today's world, where we all are getting rejected in some or the other way. It teaches us that rejection activates the same area as physical pain in the brain and by getting rejected more, you make your system anti-fragile and come out to be stronger. This really changed my life. ❤️ ?

  5. Good looking, ugly, smelly, musky, none of that crap matters. It’s all about how you carry yourself. I’ve been rejected tons of times by friends, women, jobs and apartments. What I learned is I just look forward to becoming smarter or more cunning than the me that got rejected and then the world is mine and I impress myself and everyone around me. Failures are your fuel, not your downfall

  6. Desensitize your self. Exactly. I was a door to door fundraiser for a few years. Never learned more in my life. It takes about 2 weeks of being rejected daily before you feel nothing. And can function how a soldier is supposed to function.
