I thought overnight every second of the day and night that I can't do those things which have already been achieved by others who are the achievers they are intelligent and who I am? I used to say myself oh Common girl you can't do who you are??? You are the student with the average percentage and seek for the great things to achieve in the life, like seriously??? With this average percentage ? and I'm continuously falling into the dark area "Depression". I don't know how to do I'll work for my future, would I get a job, as I want in my life,? would I get the name in the list of achievers who are successful in their lives? I had a bad experience where I was judging myself and I had to overcome it immediately because it was self destructive. It's a booger fighting within one's self but it had to be overcome otherwise I would not move forward.
Summary- If u want something I need to actually conjure up n create an imagine like a vision board or just have something in my mind I m associating with that future outcome.
Collect the images of different things find one that really makes u excited print it,cut it out n put it on the vision board.
Focus on one thing at a tym if u focus on one thing at a tym u are a missile targeting n sending a powerful signal rt. into ur sub conscious mind.There is no confusion.
You have to become aware of ur current thinking n talking .U have a choice u can change ur thinking like affrimations ,+ve thinking n +ve statements n instead of saying I m not good enough .
