I tend to snooze like an hour when it’s school day especially on P.E days like today, but on the weekend I jump up from bed and really early and happy.
This seems pretty unrealistic much like wishful thinking doing this isn't going to change anything about it you'll be back to the same after phycycing yourself out wears off

This guy likes his alone time where he can get things done, well as a night owl why can't that alone time be 1 AM? It's the same circumstances almost everyone's asleep it's still dark outside, he should mention that. For me the only thing I truly want to wake up early for is to play tennis.
