  1. I am appalled that Joe has the audacity to steal other people's work and call them his own, and then blatantly deny it while hard evidence proves otherwise. Joe has currently been issued a Cease and Desist Order (again) for stealing someone's intellectual property. He has betrayed MANY, MANY people who once shared a loving fellowship with him.

  2. Yes doing things daily is key. You have to meditate everyday, twice a day. So many people try once in a while and don't see results so they give up.

  3. Can you imagine if everyone stopped watching the news each night and watched a Joe Dispenza video instead? Sweet Jesus! The drug companies would go out of business! Just saying….

  4. I read a comment about religion. To me I see religion as a plocibo effect on the mind and body to achieve the goals in that religion. It makes sense to fully change the way you think and act to change the way you feel, then it will be a positive cycle, because you never want to go back, so you continue to do those positive things that make you feel good. Thoughts>actions>results

  5. This such is such an important message. I'm a pharmacist and absolutely see the benefits of our Western style healthcare on people's health – e.g., treatments for cancer and HIV have hugely prolonged lives! However, we prioritize treating sickness over optimizing health. If you even look at our reimbursement models, pharmacies get paid for each medication that a patient is on… so we actually make money off people being sick rather than on people getting better, which is a bit fucked up IMO. I personally have experienced the benefits of exercise, 'good' nutrition, and mind-body practices, and I really think these are the keys to optimizing our long-term health and decreasing the burden of chronic diseases.
