Jon kabat-zinn! The mindful way through depression how to free yourself from chronic unhappiness. This is the book you need if you want to be free.
I really like listening to Eckhart though it would have been great if Jack Kornfield was given a chance to get a few extra words in.
This is amazing!
V Cool to see Jack here! Read his books ! ? Glad bringing him on board at this hour of most needed and have such following to receive the philosophical realistic theories of Buddhism that will help mental health for many in the US !?
Him and his friend oprah winfrey, no thanks !
I know this is not current, yet it is always current, isn’t it. Love these two.
More practices for the story of the me that never existed.
powerful and much needed in my time of trouble.
For the first time, I watched the video and I think its too short and I wish it way longer

Why are all spiritual retreats costing so much money
Surely, Eckhart Tolle has millions, if he is truely who he says he is?
Why not, create a retreat that is acceptable to those who cannot afford it?
Why hoard so much money for himself, and only offer access to people who are financially well off
Why, not live humble, are create retreats for those who have no money?
He talks about the romantic feelings of living in his old car?
Yet, now, his retreats are only available to those with money?
His life doesn’t reflect his words now
Perhaps, he needs to go back to living in poverty, to remember who he is.
Why, buy mansion s to live in, when he was happy living in his car?
Authentic spiritual leaders live simply, and share their wealth with the world ?
Eckhart Tolle, Esther Hicks have be corrupted by there egos, money and power have over taken them
The amount of money they have accumulated, could be used to make their lectures/retreat s accessible to those who can’t afford £2000, in a 6+ hotel?
If a shirt is a shirt, why buy designer, and not from primark
Access to these so called spiritual teachers is only accessible to those who have that kind of money.
Everyday people have no chance of ever attending a retreat!
What is that outro music?
May everyone watching this awaken. Amen.??
Jack is for real. Eckhart is about making money
Eckhart is a blowhard!
Thank you

Mentioning one good book at Amazon. Secrets of a Yogi: Treasures of Vedas
Jack Canfield looks exactly like Munshi Premchand who was a writer, famous for his modern Hindustani literature died in 1930. I think he is a reincarnation of him. God reincarnated him and he became an Author as well and got famous worldwide for his works.
Thank you ? ??
There are no limitations external to your self.
Be free.
Be content with that which is.
I will do a Vipassana- Meditation next year in Germany!
thanks a lot for your wonderfull teachings , l ve the certainty that l ve caught. consciousness most of the time
Generically in English, being mindful of something is to be aware of it. So in essence mindfulness in this context means to bring or be (more) awareness to presence.
❤?
Eckhart tolle you are the light
Sati – Closest translation to Sati is Presence! Wonderful!
Loving Awareness – thank you, – Vipassana – Sanscrit – "To See Clearly" Mindfulness, loving awareness – First step into Mindfulness, is to move ones awareness into the body. Notice the thoughts, the space of awareness, the knowing: "there is experience and the knowing of experience"
Would anyone happen to know the music at the end of the video ?
In the danish language to breath is called "ånde" which is the verb of "ånd" meaning spirit. So it literally translates to something like "to spirit".
It is made to sound so complex, has humankind really ran so far away from something that is natural.
Love them both ?
I hope eckhart tolle will fix western countries egoist mind of being superior than third world countries
Mindfulness = Awareness. Awareness that is not periodic/sporadic, but perpetual: even in slumber.
SO SHWEEEETTT…much love Tee with LIONS NAMED LEO.[the music worldwide}
ssosooooo fun….GREAT VIDEO…
We are so much more than our thoughts, we are life itself!!!
Look at how happy and peaceful they are:)
He has still an ego. My ego and my pain body are reacting to Mr. Kornfield.
Why do you have to be so slow
This is so amazing, I purchased the Inner Art of Meditation cd’s , by Jack Kornfield, in 2000, and loaned it to a friend, and we lost touch. His way of practicing has stayed with me but, I had forgotten his name, and wondered if I would ever figure out who he was again, and wouldn’t you know it! I just saw this and knew instinctively this is who it was. Thanks so awesome.
BTW found ACIM in 2003 and Elkhart in 2004. When the student is ready the Teacher appears. Just have to laugh.
That outro is so amazing…I have always loved it and I have missed it since it has been removed from the new vids. Please consider adding it back!! Thanks ??
Thank you for these teachings, help for suffering. Eckhart & Jack both give positive vibes on this video…
Enlightenment vs. highly refined practice. One does not have the freedom of the other.
Thank you Mr . Tolle !
