  1. 7:00 reminds me of the soldiers in the CIA black sites getting blamed for the bizarre torture methods they used often on people who often turned out to not be terrorists or even associated with them.

  2. The cartoons make this humorous and I have to say this was an interesting summary. The sound of your voice is funny and makes me want to listen. Great job!

  3. People act like machiavelli recommended evil things. We are just fooling ourselves. These things that he recommend, most people already do passive agressively in every day life while denying it.

  4. I think that the character of Frank Underwood from House of Cards somehow fits to be what Machiavelli describes a successful prince to be like, or a successful politician in Frank's case. He was ruthless but he always portrayed an image as someone who's got faith in Christ and goodness of heart. He had people to carry out the dirty work for him, so that his image is not shattered or harmed. If Frank did not check all the boxes as told by Machiavelli, I feel that he was somewhat close to it. What do you all think?
