Human beings are really funny, I mean they speak as if they are invincible yet a tiny thing that cannot be seen by the naked eye be it a virus, a bacterium, a fungi could make them pitiful, or an accident or nothingness, just getting old and then getting eaten by a maggot, be humble people, the protection of the ONE who made you carries you to the next second, not your muscles, nor your money.

I'm very unimpressed. To be a man, in my opinion, has nothing to do with miles run or pull ups. It's about how one handles their responsibilities, about taking care of others and trying to help loved ones flourish. It's about growing and parenting. Willing and accepting the risk of loving others and being loved. It's about being a rock for others, even when the batteries are low.
I am going through a tough time myself and i must say this has really motivated me not to giveuo even though life gives you challenges

Thank you for piecing this together. Suicide sucks and is not the best way to heal a disturbed inner self. His unfortunate loss was his gift to the world. Wim is friends with Sadhguru. His wife did something similar and left her body in their home. Like Wim, Sadhguru, though I have not heard him say so, but I believe her death propelled him enough to want to reach the world with hope. Those of us that have endured such deep pain and survived are wonderful message bearers. I accept the responsibility to share as these two men have chosen to do the same. I am 67, Sadguru is 64 and Wim is now 62.

Not only inspirational that to achieve such strength you had to go through such hardships, I love how rocky was the movie that inspired you and most of all that the toughest man in the world broke down again when he spoke about his mum at the end for teaching you to get up (like rocky).
