Personally, saying "you're too 'lazy' to go to the gym" is a negative statement. In the context that someone is making an excuse not to go, (this applies to anything).. it's not because they're lazy, it's because they feel powerless (obviously there's a reason why, behind this). The thing about videos like this. It sounds elitist and fake. But it's true. Believe it now or realise it in 5 years. Start small, grow.
