Eckhart Tolle is widely recognized as one of the most original and inspiring spiritual teachers of our time. He travels and teaches throughout the world.

Eckhart is not aligned with any particular religion or tradition, but excludes none. His profound yet simple and practical teachings have helped thousands of people find inner peace, healing and greater fulfillment in their lives. At the core of his teachings lies the transformation of individual and collective human consciousness – a global spiritual awakening.

Eckhart Tolle is the author of The Power of Now, a #1 New York Times Bestseller, which has been translated into 32 languages and become one of the most influential spiritual books of our time.

In his most recent book, A New Earth, he shows how transcending our ego-based state of consciousness is not only essential to personal happiness, but also the key to ending conflict and suffering throughout the world.

  1. Conscious, deep belly breathing is the most important thing a person can learn in their entire life I believe. It's the key to successful meditation, presence, and a real connection to the most genuine definition of our true self.

  2. From U. G. Krishnamurti http://ugkrishnamurti.org/

"What do you want to prevent? In you love and hate are born. I don't like to put it that way because love and hate are not opposite ends of the same spectrum; they are one and the same thing. They are much closer than kissing cousins.

If you don't get what you expect out of the so-called love, what is there is hate. You may not like me to use the word "hate", but it is apathy and indifference to others. I believe love and hate are the same thing. I tell this to people wherever I go, all over the world."

  3. It feels like i am in a infinite timeless void with no content whatsoever while meditating but sometimes I can see dreams. Im not following anything im just is and letting everything go away. It feels good when you can tap into theta and delta brainwaves without any issues anymore. Getting into the slowest brainwaves feels like you are dead and no content at all exists in that state. Its like being dead and alive at the same time

  4. "To find the spaciousness within you , who you are beyond the person. What could be more important than that.
All the ancient teachings pointed to it using different words"

I love this part a lot. I think the time has come for us to grow and have what is ours already : The realization of our essential nature. I follow Drukama Teachings for that ( an online spiritual school ) and some people find it somewhere else. The reality is if we don't find it we are screwed . Lets put an end to our suffering and find our inner space : Who we truly are . Blessings <3
