is the 7 and a half minutes deducted from the amount of time it takes to do these resilience games? at the very least, it cancels out. you live longer though the years may be playing games ? we spend a 1/3rd of our lives asleep
"Even while I was still in pain, I stopped suffering." ?
Post Traumatic Growth; what a concept.
2:46 fuq no I wouldn't. I'd happily trap myself in an SAO type world.
5:30 mhmm, if that were really the case why do so many male gamers play almost exclusively as female avatars?
10:35 trivial??? yeah I didn't think you really were a "gamer"…
17:25 sooo do you have any references or are we to just take you at your word that this will extend one's lifetime? cause I'm calling bull poodoo.
Sorry but you did the maths wrong 😮
You can do multiple of these at once. When you go for a walk, you can also count your steps

Wonderful… Incredible, Sensational !!!
Bro I failed my English test because I could not “analyze” her talking.
It is amazing the way she prepared and aligned her ideas with science and research. What a TED talk ?
So its been 10 years anyone here lived around 10 years more then they thought they would?
In my personal opinion I believe this is bull
Wow it is really Ted
Let me put this straight. I was born with multiple congenital medical conditions among other medical problems. I was treated like a pariah by the people around me and by society, others' parents' included. Name calling, labelling, etc. Even Demon Child. But to me, I treated life and all of it as a game, and I survived up till today and always will, even though for just 1 of my conditions has a suicide rate of 67% and another has a suicide rate of 35%, among other conditions.
So shame on you people for being weak and negative.
This is the best video I've ever watched. Thank you for this inspiring talk.
I'm glad that I discovered this video.
