Descriptions:

In today’s society, we have a tendency to run on doing mode. This includes both thinking as well as interacting with the world and being affected by it, however according to Eckhart, we need to bring balance to this by including the being part into our lives.

  1. I tuned in to this video, like reaching for a ripe fruit. What came up first? An ad from Senator Chuck Schumer. I'm so outraged it's frightening, I'll have to come back later after some deep breaths. What I really want to say I won't. I wouldn't ask you to have those images in your mind. I need some time here. Someone with PTSD did not need this. What would Eckhart do? I'm pursuing that. Who accepted this deep state ad?

  2. For some reason I had such a resistant to every click on his videos and then I finally did a few days ago and I’m so blown away… I just enjoy and I feel such a good energy listening to him and what he has to sit in such a beautiful way! ♥️

  3. I think it would be a beautiful thing if the Eckhart Tollé community were to establish connections to help people who are suffering in extreme poverty, particularly in third world countries, that would really be a beautiful thing.I can’t think of a greater purpose.

  4. If you experience fear and doubt, about Who You Are then you don't know who you are. Knowledge is the absence of doubt. If you don't know who you are, that's because you are still desiring to find something to know. You are still desiring to Know who you are. Stop desiring to know anything and Who You Are, and the thoughts will stop. The self will become evident again in knowing.

  5. Happy birthday Eckhart! Today I felt so joyful for no reason! I bet is the collective joy that comes from the evolving consciousness you helped to. Happy birthday! ?

  6. Can we not be strong in both? Most of doing requires little to no thought? For example you can practice presence whilst doing chores or exercise?

  7. "Our civilization as a whole has gone into the doing mode very very far to one extreme, so the civilization itself is mentally ill because of that. The connectedness with being has been almost entirely lost, so it's a very fragile civilization despite its many achievements. They look so shiny and polished, but they're completely dry inside and tasteless. Just do and think. All attention goes out. Can't focus on anything for very long. That's a huge disability. The influence of many factors. No creativity. Lost in the mind, thinking. Thinking is a kind of doing too. You're not even thinking. Thinking happens to you. Thinking is an autonomous activity in their minds, or a reflection of the collective mind. They are being used by thoughts. In order to solve a problem, you have to look at it and be with it. Nowadays it's harder for people inclined to being to fit in the society."

  8. Its also good to read the "Present", a book available for free on the website called Global Truth Project. The book is about the truth of life and it shows the full picture of life for the first time so that you may stop being deceived by the world and be able to follow the steps of Jesus and other prophets to Heaven/enlightment.Knowing the whole truth of life is the key factor in our salvation/awakening.We must know the real truth, all of it and live in it and change ourselves according to it in order to be saved/awakend.There is no other way to our salvation/awakening.With the knowlege of the truth there comes true repentance which means changing our minds and also true obediance to God' s law and finally our sanctification which is awakening. And God will give us His grace which is the time and ability to make the proper change. Only in this way will we be able to attain our eternal salvation/awakening.Our task is to find this narrow gate that leads to God and do it quickly and stay on it till the end no matter what. Then and only then we will be saved. There is nothing more important or serious to do in this fallen world as our eternal fate depends on it.

  9. Our preoccupation with doing is the result of our capitalist economic system. The oligarchs don't want you being. They want you doing, because the more you do, the more profit they make.

Also, our "doing" in the name of profiteering is taking its toll on the environment and human health. We really are a sick society, and this house of cards needs to collapse so that people will wake up.
