  1. I was Falling down till I watch this video now I have a short time to do the final exam for graduation 🎓 from high school 🎒 i know that working hard is part from our history so that's why I decided now to move from a lazy person to an activ One trying to get through real challenges real life real success not imaginary one.
    I can , I can and I will be 💪💪💪

  2. I'm always coming back to this channel everytime i felt like i need a motivation, and i promise that i will comeback here when i already successful. MARK MY WORDS.

  5. "Don't try to fix others, focus on your opportunities". True true true.
If you're helping others more than yourself there's a problem.
Maybe there's a percentage that is specific for each and everyone, but in each case you simply OWE your own life.
Helping others more than yourself will actually just give you the illusion that you are productive, through the satisfaction of others after you've helped them. It's kinda a cry for help from you, saying if you're helping others way more than you are helping yourself, that you need to work on yourself rn.

Nice video, keep up the good work guys, sm passion in those vids !

  6. "It is in the difficulties, that you begin to find just how much you"re capable of" – Tom Bilyeu
This is true but seeing nuances here is important.
This is really true simply bc you cannot envision some of your skills if you don't bring them into your reality. For example, intellectual skills, or even mental skills like resilience, cannot be perceived (thus you cannot perceive what you are capable of) if you don't concretise them. It's just simple. Maybe some physical abilities like strength, as strength at a point begins to "build" into volume in your muscles, might be seen. And I'm pretty sure doing musculation brings you, ofc the biochemical paths that help you maintain a "good" mental health in the process of doing sport (just for everyone of any level), but within time, I'm pretty sure seeing your skills concretised / in your reality, is shaping your self esteem really positively.
But actually this quote… You have to be careful bc it means to know your "100% [of capabilities that cannot be concretised]", bc when you're doing smth that requires less than 100% of your skills it's just normal that you don't reach this "breaking point" that is challenge yk… But it's by touching the "limit" (that defines if smth is a challenge for you or not) that you are able to define your 100%.
So it means if you wanna determine your 100% you have to be willing to do smth that yk will challenge you (bc maybe when you're "sensing" this "limit", this 100% line, you just wanna go further even if you didn't want in the beginning bc we can all love a good challenge).
But actually you don't have to always push yourself to see your skills, you have to push yourself if you wanna grow. But if you just have a moment of doubt where you just wanna check, then doing smth that will help you concretise your underling skills (not even 100%) it's also fine.
So for the quote, reaching "only" 80% of your skills doesn't mean you're incapable. You don't have to endanger or just challenge yourself to "know what you are capable of".
But somehow … I believe if we are in a public setting, where we can compare ourselves to other ppl (and this is really toxic don't do it !), if you're only reaching 80% you still have a good idea of what you are capable of. But when we are alone, when we are reaching 80% you kinda rely on your feelings and experience only and say "bc it was easy [80%] and not challenging, I cannot envision myself correctly…" It's like if you're not 100% you don't have a clear image of yourself but actually if you look back to where you became you went to a pretty hard and long journey so you must feel proud of you even for a 80%. This reminds me of imposter syndrome kinda… Tho idk if it comes like this, maybe mainly in another context…
