  1. I love video's like these. This has now become my alarm clock. After waking up to this speech every excuse feels like the biggest bullshit ever made up by my own mind.

  2. It's a great video, expect for the fucking idiot in the middle who says "i think that one thing discipline definitely does help you with is that it helps you get things done, and when you get more things done you have more success".

Cut that shit out. Every single fucking soul on this earth understands that you achieve more if you do more. And of course discipline helps us get shit done. What else would it help us with?

  3. “90% of the effort towards success is just. . Showing Up.”
That’s why the popular adage is “(No matter how you feel) Get Up, Stand Up, dress up, Show Up.”
    Thank you so much, MotivationGrid.

  4. On January 3rd 2019 at the age of 39, I got on the scales after the Christmas holidays weighing in at 102kg (225lbs) – the heaviest I've ever been in my life.
I looked in the mirror that evening and said "no more."
For the next 5 months, through a combination of intermittent fasting and excercise I set about hauling my ass back into shape.
Today (June 9th 2019) is my 40th birthday and after just over 5 months of pure shit and determination the scales now read 82kg (181lbs.)
I can't lie, it's been hell. There have been some really low points but I maintained my discipline, held the line and kept going.
I've still got some way to go before I reach my target, but I now know that I can do it.
The hardships have taught me that my will is stronger than my want. I've got what it takes to beat the negative son of a bitch that looks back at me in the mirror. If you can learn to beat him/her. You can achieve anything.

  5. My second favorite motivation vid. Of all time.. absolutely great! Short and sweet, and well edited!
"Disipline is hard to maintain because discipline is hard to maintain…"
And near the end when buddy speaks into the microphone so close, it's like he's speakingright into your ear….."hold the line… work through the weakness…..fight through the temptation…. hold the line…."
    I get gooseflesh EVERY time!??
